The office is at 40 McMaster Street in Ballston Spa, the county seat. Note that the county seat is Ballston Spa, not Saratoga Springs, which is the bigger and more well-known city. Visitors sometimes mix these up. The Clerk's Office is at the county government complex. Parking is available on site. Walk-in visitors can search records and request copies during business hours.
